About EEE Department: The rapid changes in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering are a field of engineering study, which binds the conventional electrical technology and modern electronic innovations. The department, established in 2008 has sufficient number of academic and support staff, committed to teaching, and well equipped laboratories , meeting the requirements of undergraduates, post graduate students. Graduates and postgraduates of Electrical and Electronics Engineering will be able to take up challenging jobs in a wide range of industries and engage themselves in research and development. The department has Power electronics, Electric Machines-1, Electrical Machines-2, Electrical circuits, Control Systems, & Electrical Measurements Laboratories. Each laboratory is equipped with sophisticated equipments for teaching, learning and research as per the norms of JNTU kAKINADA. The Department offers four year B.Tech course in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Two year M.Tech course in Power Electronics. Vision: To empower the students to become technologically vibrant, innovative and emotionally matured and to train them to face the challenges of the quality conscious globalized world economy. Mission: Prepare future technocrats for a global workplace through excellence in teaching and research. The department endeavors to prepare the students professionally skilful, intellectually proficient and socially responsible. LABORATORIES Laboratory education is an important part of the engineering curricula. Department has seven laboratories which includes machine’s lab and networks lab.
