ONLINE GRIEVANCE-REDRESSAL MECHANISM
Sub: ECET-Online Grievance-Redressal Mechanism at the college level-Orders Issued.
Ref: Principalís order with reference to the meeting held on 19-07-2021 as per All India Council for Technical Education (Establishment of Redressal of Grievance of Students) Regulation, 2019 vide F.No.1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 dated 07.11.2019)
In accordance with the decision taken in the academic council meeting conducted on 19-07-2021 and as per All India Council for Technical Education (Establishment of Redressal of Grievance of Students) Regulation, 2019 vide
F.No.1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 dated 07.11.2019), Principal, ECET has approved the Grievance Redressal Committee with the following members to Eluru College of Engineering & Technology for the academic year 2021-22. The committee is directed to follow the Grievance-Redressal mechanism for the complaints received in person or Online.

Objectives of the Committee:
Upholding the dignity of the College by ensuring strife-free atmosphere in the College through promoting cordial Student-Student relationships and Student-teacher relationships etc.
Encouraging the Students to express their grievances/problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
Advising All the Students to refrain from inciting Students against other Students, teachers, and College administration.
Advising all staff to be affectionate to the Students and not behave in a vindictive manner towards any of them for any reason.
Online Grievance-Redressal mechanism
The student or parent or stakeholder can represent his/her grievance either in person or by filling the google form through link provided below or in writing email to any member of the grievance cell.
After receiving the grievance, the chairperson of the committee will direct other committee members to look into the grievance. The committee will thoroughly investigate the cause of grievances to ensure an effectual solution.
The recommendations of the committee shall be communicated to the concerned student or parent or stakeholder, by the Chairperson.
